How are payments taken?

We use www.PayPal.com to process our online payments for all products purchased through the website. At the ‘checkout’ page you will need to fill out your name and address and then click on the ‘Pay for your items’ button. You will then be taken to the secure payment page at PayPal. PayPal is 100% secure and you can pay with your debit / credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account.

Can I pay with my Credit/Debit Card?

Yes, you an pay with your card using the PayPal payment page. You don’t need to be signed up. Just look for the ‘Don’t have a PayPal account?‘ section and then click continue.

Where do you deliver to for online sales?

We currently only sell items for delivery to UK addresses. If you have any further questions about delivery please call the shop on 01841 533111.

Where should I hang my Print?

Always avoid hanging your print in direct sunlight. Even though we use light-fast inks for durability, exposing the print to direct sunlight will cause it to fade over time.

When will my order be delivered?

Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to arrive. Most of our items are in stock and will be dispatched next day but please do allow the full 5 working days. If your require an item urgently or for a special occasion please call us to see if we have stock of it and arrange delivery.

What colour is the print mount?

It is an off-white. The colour of the mount on this website can appear more cream colour depending on your screen settings. The mount is a subtle off-white colour that enhances the print. The mount surface has a very light wove texture to it.

Can I buy a printed framed?

Framed prints are currently only available to buy through the shop in Padstow and are for collection by the customer only. We do not post framed prints.
